Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Diabetic Supplements. We take pride in providing you with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may do so. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

30 Days Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can contact us for product returns.

  • The timeline to return a product is 30 days, but exceptions will always be considered, email us for approval.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. 
  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded, this includes an incorrect item in your order.

For your return eligibility please have the product sealed in the original package & not used, we will always consider exceptions for return eligibility, for any questions regarding your return please contact us below.

If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact the customer support team at support@diabeticsupplements.org and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of a resolution promptly. If your claim gets approved and you require a replacement. 

Replacement/Refund Exemptions

Diabetic Supplements will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:

  • Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
  • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Damage & Issues:

Please check carefully when accepting orders from the courier. If the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

You can exchange the product that you received. First, you need to tell us the product you want to exchange, we will cancel that product, and then you can place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Contact us at support@diabeticsupplements.org to have your order canceled immediately. Please provide the order details, including the order number, receiver’s name, and/or email address. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Order Cancellation after Shipment:

If you need to cancel after 24 hours of the order and before the item is delivered, you will receive a full refund minus a shipping fee & 20% restocking fee. All orders must be rejected at delivery. After receiving your returned item, the full refund minus the shipping fee will be credited back to your original payment within 10 business days.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products in your order, or quality problems of products), then you do not have to pay any return shipping fee.
  • If the return is due to the customer’s problem (such as: not liking or wanting the item, or ordering the wrong product/size), you must pay the return shipping fee.
  • A 20% restocking fee of the purchase price will be charged.

Late OR Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank - there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Refunds

Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know if your refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please give the refund 10 business days to process completely. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
